Globally renowned, award-winning composer, musical director, conductor and pianist Joe Hisaishi is bringing his highly anticipated ‘Joe Hisaishi – Hisaishi Symphonic’ live show to the Royal Albert Hall, with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra.

Since the 1980s, Joe Hisaishi, has received world-wide acclaim as one of the industry’s most prolific film music composers. He has worked closely with anime director Hayao Miyazaki, for whom he composed ten film scores, including Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind, My Neighbour Totoro, Princess Mononoke and The Wind Rises. This year, Hisaishi has curated a musical treat for British audiences, with a live performance of music from his his score for the film Princess Mononoke. Plus, Hisaishi and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra will perform Britten's Four Sea Interludes and Hisaishi's own second symphony.
